Interesting poll bridget!  I had to toss my vote at the forums, because ultimately they are the reason for this whole website's existence.  The Coffeehouse was born out of a need for members of our communities to stay in contact with each other, and to spread our fellowship and support for each other out over the time between actual meetings with each other.

Actually, the Coffeehouse was born several years ago on a sleepless night while I was trying to distract my mind from a terrible toothache.  But that's another story...

I don't spend much time at all in Chat, but that's always going to be more popular with the younger crowd.  Actually, the Homeschool moms held a meeting or two in there in the past too.  The gallery is very cool, and explored often.  The arcade is just for fun, and now that I've limited it's audience it's a safer and more pleasant place to be.  The Radio is good too, especially since the addition of "Relevant Radio", which I've really gotten attached to.  Our Covenant's Scriptural Rosary is still visited by people from all over the world also, and it's actually the oldest part of our website, pre-dating even the forums by more than a year.  I hope you don't mind that I added those last two to the poll, and also made it possible to select more than one option.

I'm very curious to see what people's favorite parts of the site are.

...And plus the robot dude is gone.

Does anybody really want the robot back?  I always thought it was really annoying.  Particularly when more than one (real) person is in chat and the robot didn't automatically go away like it was supposed to.

I really love reading/writing in the forums! (Note the number of posts I've done. left) I particularly like the Board Games section.

Perhaps I'm a bit of a dork for saying this, but for some reason my heart always leaps for joy (figuratively speaking) whenever I find a new PM in my mailbox. dance (The same thing usually happens with E-mails, too... Wink)

The shout box is very useful for whenever I have the urge to say something really random.  Haha.

I used to play in the arcade a lot, but unfortuately my homework schedule is SO hectic this year that I've hardly had anytime to sign online (much less play any games Sad).  But fear not! Once I get a long school vacation (if at all), you can kiss all of your high scores goodbye! signmuahaha

hmm... mascot was frusterating. many a time we battled about our differences in religion, and in every quarrel he was exhuastingly stubborn, and continuously changed the subject. Not to mention he said some inappropriate things, (like, asking where he could find girlfriends, or wanting to gossip)
Goodbye Mascot!

In times of dryness, remember:
"...He leaves the creature to stand on its own legs--to carry out from the will alone duties which have lost all relish. It is during such trough periods, much more than the peak periods, that it is growing to be the sort of creature He wants it to be. Hence the prayers offered in the state of dryness are those which please Him best.
...He wants them to learn to walk and must therefore take away his hand; and if only the will to walk is really there He is pleased even with their stumbles.
Do not be deceived...[The Devil's] cause is never more in danger than when a human, no longer desiring, but still intending, to do [God's] will, looks round upon the universe from which every trace of Him seems to have vanished, and asks why he has been forsaken, and still obeys."

I like the Arcade best, but every time I just get on the high score list (thingy) someone beats me at like three games ::sigh::

"Once upon a midnight dreary, while pondered weak and weary,
Over many a quaint and curious volume of forgotten lore-
While I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping,
As of someone gently rapping, rapping at my chamber door-
Only this and nothing more."

Once upon a mid-day sunny, while I savored Nuts 'N Honey,
With my Tuscan Whole Milk, 1 gal, 128 fl. oz., I swore
As I went on with my lapping, suddenly there came a tapping,
As of some one gently rapping, rapping at the icebox door.
'Bad condensor, that,' I muttered, 'vibrating the icebox door -
Only this, and nothing more.'
