Method
Begin with the sign of the cross. Recite the Memorare on the bead between the medal and the centerpiece. Recite the Invocation Prayeron each of the fourteen beads. The fourteen beads memorialize St. Maximilian's martyrdom on August 14.
Memorare
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that any one who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, and sought thy intercession, was left unaided. Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother, to thee do I come, before thee I stand sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate despise not my petitions, but, in thy mercy, hear and answer me. Amen.
Invocation Prayer
O Mary, conceived without sin, pray for us who have recourse to Thee, and for all those who do not have recourse to Thee, especially for the enemies of Holy Mother Church, and all those in most need of Thy mercy. Amen.
